How to request a refund

Email support@witchlog.comfrom your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include the approximate payment date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services).
