If you are subscribing to witchlog for the first time and the Service is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Subscription renewals

• Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not made substantial use of the Service in the new period.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; your membership stays active until the end of the period already paid.

How to request a refund

Email support@witchlog.comfrom your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include the approximate payment date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services).
